THEMATIC PANELS PROPOSALS
The descriptions of thematic panels should not exceed 700 words including bibliography and a list of preliminary participants. The deadline for submissions of thematic sessions proposals is 15 December 2017. The address for submission is firstname.lastname@example.org. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be given by 15 January 2018. After a thematic session proposal proposal has been accepted, the convenors will be requested to invite their participants to submit their full abstracts by 31 March 2018. These full abstracts will be evaluated individually by the Scientific Committee and the convenors.
GENERAL SESSIONS PAPERS
Abstracts for general sessions papers should not exceed 350 words including bibliography. The deadline for submissions of all abstracts is 31 March 2018. The address for submission is email@example.com. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be given by 30 April 2018. These abstracts will be evaluated individually by conference organisers and the advisory board members. Abstracts should not mention the presenter(s) nor their affiliations or addresses. Only references mentioned in the text can be listed.
Layout requirements for abstracts:
Abstracts must be single-spaced and fully justified. The standard font will be Times New Roman, size 12. The margins will be 2.5 top/bottom/left/right (Moderate in MS Word). References will have a hanging indent of 1.27 cm. Please submit the abstract as a Word document. If it contains special characters, please send a PDF version to firstname.lastname@example.org.
